Internet principles of the company VIANESSE AG

VIANESSE AG does not support running or the intent to create an own webpage. There is too high risk of violation of the law. If there are claims of third parties raised against the VIP-Client, the company VIANESSE shall not release him/her from the authorized claims.

If you have, run or intend to create your own website or an account on popular social networking websites, such as Facebook, Twitter or the like (hereinafter referred to as the website), the following principles of VIANESSE AG shall apply.

Internet principles:

1. The name VIANESSE or the name of the products cannot be used in the domain, e-mail address or the website.
2. VIANESSE products cannot be offered for sale and/or auction on internet auctions and coupons for purchase of VIANESSE products cannot be sold on websites offering discount coupons, such as „groupon.com”. Sale of VIANESSE products on sales platforms such as “amazon”, “ebay” or the like is not allowed. Placing links to internet auctions or sales portals on the website is forbidden.
3. A VIP-Client is an independent person pursuing a business activity, therefore he or she cannot make the impression to operate as an employee of the company VIANESSE. The distributor has to pay attention in the design of his website that his website is not confused with the website of VIANESSE or any of its subsidiaries or even the impression that if it were the website of VIANESSE or a subsidiary. In order to avoid a mistake, most of all the following rules must be observed:
   • On the home page, there must be placed a distinctive annotation, in a legible writing of an appropriate size, placed there permanently, of the following contents:
     “You are on the website of a VIP-Client of the Company VIANESSE - … (specify the VIP-Client). This website is not an official website of the company VIANESSE AG.”
   • It is not allowed to use the logo of the company with the name VIANESSE.
   • Graphics, design and colours cannot be based on the official website of VIANESSE, websites of its subsidiaries or be similar to them.
   • A VIP-Client must place a correct and distinguishable impressum, pursuant to a legal regulation on providing services via electronic way on each site.
4. It is forbidden to place contents of religious, political, extremist, racist, erotic nature, or other, inconsistent with the law and/or against decency on the website. It is also forbidden to place links to websites with similar contents.
5. It is forbidden to place information on competitive companies and/or sale of products of competitive companies (the same or similar assortment / the same or similar manner of distribution) on the website.
   The same relates to links to websites of these companies.
6. Due to legal protection of the brand, trademarks, copyrights and licences, it is forbidden that the VIANESSE VIP-Clients place entire or parts of documents, illustrations, interviews, films and/or logo of third persons (hereinafter referred to as documents) on their webpages and in internet platforms run by third persons (e.g. YouTube). This ban also relates to documents used by VIANESSE on the official webpage, in printed materials and/or on digital data carriers. In particular, it is forbidden to use:
   • VIANESSE’s photo materials,
   • the brand, names of works and seals of third persons,
   • success story and other stories concerning other VIP-Clients,
   • photographs, interviews, films of employees and/or other VIANESSE VIP-Clients,
   • the electronic version of the VIP-Client Contract (online version),
   • the electronic presentation of the company (online version).
   • Specifically exempted from the prohibition are those documents that VIANESSE provides all partners in a separate download section on its own website.
7. It is not allowed to place a link to the online presentation. It is forbidden to provide official information concerning the amount of the bonus obtained, as well as to grant guarantee of income or success connected with being a partner of VIANESSE.
8. A VIP-Client should be loyal to the company VIANESSE. A VIP-Client is obliged to care for the business of the company and to observe the binding principles when placing notes and/or comments on internet forums and social networking websites such as facebook and/or twitter and the like.
9. A VIP-Client is responsible for the layout and contents of his/her website. Each VIANESSE VIP-Client vouches for himself. Only official product descriptions used by the company VIANESSE can be used on the website. A VIP-Client guarantees that his/her website does not violate the rights of third persons. A VIP-Client guarantees that he or she shall not place statements concerning the product performance. It is not allowed to place information concerning own experience.
10. A VIP-Client releases the company VIANESSE from claims of third persons towards the company VIANESSE concerning violation of internet presence by the VIP-Client, resulting from the binding law, as well as violation of economic protective rights of third persons.

The above shall not apply if the VIP-Client observes the directives concerning the internet presence or if the company VIANESSE is also guilty of this violation.

VIANESSE reserves the right to amend the Internet Principles, in particular to specify a precise form of the website related to VIANESSE for the VIANESSE VIP-Clients.

Due to the above points, it is recommended to use the website of the company VIANESSE. Each VIP-Client has his/her own access code to the online system and he or she can safely and comfortably, with no risk or additional costs, use the VIANESSE internet store.

The Internet principles constitute a supplement to the General Terms and Conditions of an Application for a VIANESSE VIP-Client.
